Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT) is a specialized form of physical therapy designed to help individuals with dizziness, balance disorders, vertigo, and other issues related to the vestibular system – the part of the inner ear and brain that controls balance and eye movements.
VRT involves a personalized exercise-based program aimed at reducing symptoms and
