Dr. Stephen Moore, PT, DPT, AIB-VR
Stephen Moore, co-owner and therapist at Natural State Physical Therapy, brings with him over 15 years of work experience in the medical field. He also holds four different healthcare degrees from Arkansas State University, including his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Healthcare Management. Stephen has earned a certification in vestibular rehabilitation from the world-renowned American Institute of Balance (AIB) in Largo, FL, as well as a certificate in advanced vestibular rehabilitation from the University of Pittsburgh, allowing him to excel in providing specialized care for patients suffering from balance and dizziness disorders.
Outside of his professional life, Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife, Krista, and their two daughters, Sydney and Aubrey. An avid runner, he participates in various running events and finds relaxation in fishing. His dedication to both his family and his patients reflects his commitment to excellence in all aspects of life.

Blake Rogers, PTA, AIB-VR
Blake Rogers, co-owner and operator of Natural State Physical Therapy, has been a licensed physical therapist assistant for over 25 years. He has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from working in a wide variety of rehab settings including acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health, and skilled nursing facilities. Blake has earned a certification from the American Institute of Balance to specialize in treating patients suffering from dizziness and balance disorders.
Blake lives in Jonesboro with his wife, Bridgett, and their two daughters, Henley and Presley. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf with friends and is an avid deer and duck hunter. Having
lived in Jonesboro his whole life, he is very excited to establish a therapy clinic that specializes in vestibular rehab in his home town and provide quality therapy services to his community.
